Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is seeking enthusiastic team members to support front-of-house operations. You will check-in students with positivity, know clients' names, keep the studio clean, and assist with props between shifts.

Ideal candidates love yoga and have 1 year of sales or customer service experience. Proficiency with MINDBODY is a plus, and you must be 18+. Shifts are 4-6 hours, four days per week, with 18.05 USD per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Proficient with computers and software used in a studio environment.
• Neat and enjoy cleaning.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00

Ideal Candidates
