Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is hiring TEAM8s to support daily studio operations in Los Angeles. You’ll greet and assist students, keep the space clean, and help with class logistics in a fast-paced, fitness-focused environment.

Qualified candidates should love yoga, have some sales or customer service experience, and be comfortable using MINDBODY. This role offers a 4-day weekly block schedule with shifts of 4–6 hours and opportunities to take unlimited classes and workshops.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be neat and enjoy cleaning.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude desired.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checkin students with positivity.
• Know client’s names.
• Clean the studio mirrors and reset props.
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings.
• Take unlimited classes and workshops.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00

Ideal Candidates

• Love yoga
• Sales experience:1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Are proficient with the computer
• Are neat and enjoy cleaning
• Are familiar with MINDBODY software
• Are proactive and self starters
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
