Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga, a premier hot yoga studio with locations across California and New York City, is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our front desk and cleaning crew. The role blends customer service with studio upkeep, offering flexible 4-day blocks, 4–6 hour shifts, and opportunities to attend unlimited classes.

Ideal candidates love yoga, bring at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, and are comfortable with MINDBODY software.

• Proficient with the computer
• Neat and enjoy cleaning

• Proactive and self starters
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Checkin students with positivity
• Know client’s names
• Clean the studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings
• Take unlimited classes and workshops at Hot 8 Yoga

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00
