Hot 8 Yoga in Los Angeles is seeking enthusiastic people to join our team as team members. The role focuses on customer service, cleaning and welcoming students in a fast-paced, supportive studio environment.

You will work four days a week in block shifts, earning $18.05 per hour plus commission, with unlimited classes and access to workshops. Benefits include 50% off and early bird discounts on Teacher Trainings, plus discounts on retail and other fitness trades.

Qualifications

• Love yoga
• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Are proficient with the computer
• Are neat and enjoy cleaning
• Are familiar with MINDBODY software
• Are proactive and self starters
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Responsabilités

• Checkin students with positivity
• Know client’s names
• Clean the studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings

Key responsibilities of this role are:

• Customer Service
• Cleaning

“TEAM8s” at Hot 8 Yoga work 4 days per week in block schedules (same shift Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, etc). Shifts are between 4-6 hours. During this time, TEAM8s are expected to:

• Checkin students with positivity
• Knowclient’s names
• Cleanthe studio mirrors & resetting props
• Attendmonthly TEAM8 meetings

• Hourly rate: $18.05/hr +commission

Hourly Rates:

• San Jose: $18.45
• NYC: $17.00
