Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa in the United States seeks a Director of Team Member Relations to lead the program, maintain open channels with Team Members, and ensure consistent application of company policies across the property.

The role involves counseling staff and management, investigating disputes, administering the Employee Disciplinary Review Committee, protecting confidentiality, and reporting on morale to the Human Resources Director.

Formación

• 3–5 years HR experience with focus on Team Member relations.
• Strong leadership and business understanding of HR impact on performance.
• Extensive knowledge in HR compliance, Team Member relations, culture and communications.
• Exceptional negotiation/mediation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains effective communication channels with Team Members.
• Counsels and advises Team Members and management to resolve work-related disputes.
• Assists management regarding discipline and termination related matters.
• Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures for disciplinary matters.
• Maintains confidentiality and coordinates referrals for employee assistance programs.
• Develops Team Member relations and communication programs and recognition activities.
• Spends 25–50% of time in direct interaction with Team Members.
• Provides reports to the Human Resources Director on Team Member-related issues/morale.
