Job summary

Opportunity Village, Inc. is seeking a Team Member Relations Manager to oversee investigations, engagement programs, and recognition initiatives across its Las Vegas campuses.

You will partner with leaders to drive performance coaching, policy development, and risk mitigation while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards. This full-time role requires experience in labor law compliance, conflict resolution, and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in team member relations.
• CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license and adequate insurance.
• Preferred: experience with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team member investigations and engagement programs.
• Develop recognition programs and appreciation activities.
• Support performance coaching and development.
• Assist with board reports and HR goal setting.
• Maintain confidential team member records and data.
• Travel between OV campuses as needed.
