Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee Team Member Relations, Engagement and Performance Management, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving team member concerns. The role includes guiding investigations, advising leadership, and supporting HR programs across the organization.

You will lead a team of HR specialists, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws while partnering with leaders to address workforce challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, including generalist or specialist functions.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in HR.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices in team member relations, engagement and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of Team Member Relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Manage and develop HR specialists responsible for conducting workplace investigations with guidance and quality oversight.
• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational policies.
