Job summary

Prairie Band Casino & Resort is seeking a Team Member Relations Manager to uphold confidentiality and foster open communication among team members, management, and directors about performance expectations and work environment issues.

You will monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, manage the grievance process, and lead investigations and dispute resolution in alignment with tribal, state, and local requirements for a sovereign tribal enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management with accountability for team oversight and employee relations.
• Strong familiarity with tribal employment standards and applicable labor laws.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information and sensitive investigations.
• Experience implementing or improving employee relations programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Team Member Relations Program.
• Interface with Team Members, government agencies, and educational institutions.
• Review exit interviews to determine corrective actions and retention opportunities.
• Lead dispute resolution and investigations into Team Member grievances.
• Advise senior management on employment issues affecting work environment.
• Oversee training and development within Human Resources.
