Responsibilities

• Maintain a high visible presence and direct contact with Team Members within their normal work environment.
• Make recommendations to the Human Resources Manager to establish policies and procedures to improve Team Member Relations.
• Research concerns and issues of active Team Members.
• Communicates appropriate information to Team Members as directed.
• Coordinate Team Member forums as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
