Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Gaming/Hospitality industry is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Service-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to express ideas and make recommendations on job-related issues.
• Ability to utilize critical-thinking skills to work independently and collaboratively.
• Active or ability to obtain registration as required by the State of Nevada’s Gaming Control Board.
• Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Employee Relations function and frontline interface with Team Members and leaders to interpret and apply policies.
• Respond to questions or complaints, mediate conflicts, and coach/counsel to improve relationships and performance.
• Complete investigations and resolve Employee Relations issues.
• Spend significant time on the floor promoting Station Casinos’ Focus on Family culture.
