Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking an HR Specialist to provide administrative and project support across HR areas including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee recognition. This role involves Paycom data entry, policy communication, and collaboration with HR leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of HR or admin experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Paycom. English fluency is required; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive HR or administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist with HR data entry in Paycom (transfers, pay changes, corrections).
• Respond to routine HR policy questions; triage to HR managers.
• Create employee communications (posters, multimedia, Paycom communications).
• Assist with team member recognition programs.
• Support HR projects (policy updates, process improvements).
• Maintain records and compliance for benefits plans.
• Assist Benefits Manager with administrative duties.
• Communicate features of active benefits programs clearly.
• Collaborate on policy implementation related to benefits.
• Review invoices for accuracy and submit to AP.
