Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required; proficient English also necessary.
• Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Relations function with frontline interface to Team Members and leaders.
• Investigate and resolve Employee Relations issues and policy questions.
• Coach and counsel to improve relationships and performance; promote culture on the floor.
