HCW Hospitality is seeking a Team Member Coordinator to support HR operations and foster a positive work environment. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training, maintain records, and coordinate employee events and wellness initiatives.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and organizational excellence to help create an engaged, reliable team within our hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office/front desk setting; HR experience a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS software a plus.
• Positive attitude and commitment to employee engagement.
• Passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
