Job summary

HCW Hospitality is seeking a Team Member Coordinator to support HR operations and foster a positive work environment across our hotel. You will help strengthen our team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee communications.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, ensuring policy compliance, coordinating events and recognition programs, and responding to inquiries while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office or front desk setting.
• HR experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus.
• Positive attitude and commitment to employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support for HR operations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance.
