Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide hourly team members during shifts to ensure quality and guest service.
• Assist in planning shift responsibilities while learning safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support team engagement through coaching and motivation techniques.
• Attend daily pre-shift huddles to align on goals and standards.
• Resolve guest concerns with urgency and care and maintain compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and cash handling tasks.
• Shadow leadership activities including training and onboarding.
