Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotions, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old; complete Team Leader training; ServSafe in certain states; fluent in English; second language may be required by location.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams; good organization and planning; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality, adherence to 20/20 guest expectations, and compliance with procedures.
• Operate a cash register and monitor station performance; maintain station cleanliness and safety.
