Job summary

Jack in the Box seeks a Team Leader to train and guide teammates in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring quality food and adherence to guest expectations. As first-line supervisor, you will coach staff on the JIB Hospitality Model, uphold cleanliness and grooming standards, and assist with order-taking during peak periods while maintaining safety and food quality.

You’ll be accountable for on-floor leadership, teamwork, and maintaining a fast, friendly, and accurate service

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, and speak English.
• ServSafe certification may be required in certain states.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food.
• Model and enforce JIB policies, grooming, and uniform standards; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during busy times; lead on-floor operations.
• Ensure food safety and quality, accurate order preparation, and adherence to labor laws.
