Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and support store and lab processes. The role emphasizes eyewear knowledge, sales skills, and leadership responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications include HS diploma, strong communication skills, and experience with edging/mounting. Knowledge of AccuFit and store tech is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical theory & retail knowledge.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Edges/ mounting experience and optical measurement knowledge appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and assist in store goals.
• Assist customers with selections and make recommendations to sales team.
• Serve as alternate store key holder.
• Ensure lab processes are followed when applicable and maintain safety and quality standards.
