ACERTUS is seeking a Team Lead (Intake & Online Room) to guide daily operations for intake and online room processing. You will lead a diverse team, mentor staff, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across multiple state title and registration processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in a lead, supervisory or mentoring role.
• Experience with online title and registration systems such as Transtitle, Avocado, VITU, CVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team across Intake and Online Room.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members for growth.
• Use data to drive accountability and improve performance.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
• Define, track, and report KPIs to measure productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor workload and reallocate resources for efficiency.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and apply improvement methods.
• Oversee online title and registration across multiple states.
• Maintain documentation of processes and state knowledge.
• Serve as a go-to resource for questions and troubleshooting.
• Adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
