Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking an Intake Lead to manage centralized intake across multiple home health locations. You will oversee daily intake operations, ensure timely processing of referrals, and serve as the primary liaison for intake staff, referral sources, and clinical teams to drive conversions and compliant patient access.

The role combines hands-on intake work with team leadership, coaching, onboarding, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare intake, admissions, scheduling, or related operations.
• One year of leadership or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily intake operations for multiple home health locations.
• Monitor referral pipelines for timely processing and conversion to admissions.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and internal teams to obtain documentation.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for intake staff.
• Track and report intake metrics and performance.
• Support audits and quality improvement initiatives.
