Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to supervise and guide hourly team members during shifts to ensure service quality.
• Assist in planning shift responsibilities while learning safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support team engagement through coaching and effective communication.
• Attend pre-shift huddles to align on goals and service standards.
• Model guest service standards and address guest concerns with care and urgency.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and cash handling tasks.
• Shadow leadership activities including training and onboarding.
