Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to drive daily operations, coach staff, and uphold food safety and guest service standards. You’ll work with managers to deliver a positive dining experience, manage inventories, and support training and development of team members.

This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to hospitality as part of the CAVA culture and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor team members to deliver hospitality in line with brand standards.
• Coach, develop and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place orders, conduct inventories, and handle cash as needed.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness across shifts.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues effectively.
• Support deployment of shift routines to maintain service levels.
