Qualifications

• Collaborate with managers to deliver hospitality-driven guest experiences.
• Coach and develop Team Members as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate sound decision making and effective issue resolution.
• Assist deployment on shifts to ensure high service levels and prompt food presentation.
