CAVA is looking for Team Leaders to bring our hospitality-driven culture to life in our restaurants. TLs lead daily operations, coach teammates, delegate routines, ensure standards, and support training under the guidance of General Managers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead by example and foster hospitality with guests and team members.
• Experience coaching and developing team members as the business grows.
• Manage opening/closing responsibilities, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and help manage daily operations.
• Place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash responsibly.
• Support food safety practices and elevate the guest experience.
• Coach and develop Team Members and ensure standards are followed.
