Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily operations and guest experiences across our restaurants. You will lead the team, promote a positive work environment, and collaborate with managers to meet commitments to guests.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, handling opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards on every shift.

Qualifications

• Lead team daily to deliver hospitality and quality food.
• Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members.
• Assist opening/closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues.
• Deploy on your scheduled shift to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities
