Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to help bring our mission and values to life in our restaurants. You will lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are met while supporting training and development of Team Members.

The role emphasizes collaboration with General Managers and Assistant GMs, guest experience, and adherence to food safety practices. This position is on-site at CAVA locations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and collaborating with managers.
• Ability to coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders and conduct inventory.
• Ensure food safety practices and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Support deployment during shifts to boost service interactions with guests.
