Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily restaurant operations, uphold hospitality standards, and lead a high-performing team. You will collaborate with managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences, train Team Members, and ensure food safety and smooth service across shifts.

This role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced Mediterranean-inspired environment, with opportunities for growth and development within the CAVA team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hospitality mindset and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across shifts.
• Experience coaching and cross-training Team Members as the business grows.
• Support daily restaurant operations including opening/closing duties.
• Maintain food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Make sound decisions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate deployment on shifts to ensure high-service levels.
