Job summary

CAVA is looking for a Team Leader to guide daily operations, oversee guest service, and support team development across shifts. You will lead by example, promote a positive workplace, and ensure standards are consistently met to deliver the exceptional CAVA dining experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, placing orders, inventory checks, and cash handling, with a focus on hospitality, teamwork, and food safety.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with Managers and Team Members to deliver hospitality Excellence.
• Coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues promptly.
• Support shift deployment to ensure high service interactions with guests.

• Delegate routines and tasks to ensure standards are met.
• Support training and development of Team Members across shifts.
