• Lead the team on assigned shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience in line with Jersey Mike's standards.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality aligns with standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members during shifts.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and reducing waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
