Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a Location. You will coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service, produce high quality food, and ensure the Jersey Mike’s experience for every guest.

The role requires leading a small crew, enforcing standards, and contributing to sales growth while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Training through the LMS is included, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Producing high quality food
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience
• Cash handling
• Following the Learning Management System Training Program
• Developing others for career growth
• Enforcing policies and procedures
• Participating in local and national marketing initiatives
• Building sales
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant
• Effective communication
• Having a sense of urgency
• Move or Transport up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Work 38-40 hours per week
• Have the ability to get to and from work
• Lead by example in terms of quality of the food they make, the way they interact and provide customer service
