Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a busy Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s customer experience with a focus on service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will lead a small crew, handle opening/closing duties, and help maintain brand standards while abiding by policies. Training and development are emphasized to advance career growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food and uphold Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience and participate in local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the store.
• Lead and manage a crew of 2–5 people and ensure teamwork.
