Job summary

Jersey Mike's Norwood is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store and delivering Jersey Mike's high-quality subs and service.

You will coach staff, ensure food quality, cash handling, training, and adherence to policies while building sales and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment. Ability to lead a small crew (2-5 people) and work 38-40 hours weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
