Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in operating the store efficiently and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will coach staff, ensure food quality, handle cash, and follow training programs while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

You will lead a small crew, open/close procedures, and maintain exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.

• Cash handling.
• Following the Learning Management System Training Program.

• Enforcing policies and procedures.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment.
• Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
