Job summary

Sky Zone Frederick, MD is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations on the floor, coach teammates, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone's WOW standards. You'll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Café/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when leaders are away.

This role requires at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Office software; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
• Coach, support, and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Step into any operational area to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales; model service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies; complete incident reports; ensure opening/closing procedures.
