Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Team Lead to perform hands-on, early leadership duties. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when senior staff aren’t present to keep the park running smoothly.

You’ll coach a diverse team, protect guest safety, and uphold WOW service standards. The role requires 18+, 2+ years in ops or guest-facing roles, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; comfortable learning new platforms as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is most active.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide proactive, on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area as needed (Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events) to maintain guest experiences and workflow.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues, operational challenges, or safety concerns to the Management Team.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales while delivering service excellence.
• Oversee execution of birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings delivering positive memorable experiences.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cafe items; ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
