Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC is seeking a Team Lead in Chula Vista, CA to step into leadership roles across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as Manager on Duty, coach team members, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone’s WOW standards.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and MS Office. Evening/weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety, setup, guest satisfaction, and team accountability.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
