Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to join our onsite Operations team. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly and safely.

You will lead from the floor, coach staff, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone WOW standards. Compensation starts at $17.00/hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Able to lift 20 pounds and work in a loud environment.
• 18+ years old.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, amusement preferred.
• Proficient with POS and Microsoft Office; comfortable with new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across all departments.
• Lead in Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events, etc. to maintain guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Ensure opening/closing and shift procedures are executed consistently.
