Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Hot Springs, Arkansas. As a Team Leader you will assist with facility operations, lead by example, and help deliver fast, friendly car wash experiences.

You will provide enthusiastic customer service, help open/close the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel, and assist with maintenance and landscaping to keep the site in top condition.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
