Job summary
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to support daily operations at our Kentucky location. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, supporting opening/closing tasks, and helping manage the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
You will assist with vehicle prep and guiding customers through the tunnel while contributing to routine maintenance and facility upkeep. The position offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing car wash company, with competitive pay and weekly commission
Qualifications
- Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to stand for long hours.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Drug screen and background check required.
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist in opening and closing the facility.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
