Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with facility operations and lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Competitive pay with weekly commissions, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Responsibilities include customer service, opening/closing the site, enrolling members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, vehicle prep, guiding customers onto the tunnel, and maintaining equipment and the facility. Must be 18+, with background checks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable attitude.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
