Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Hot Springs, AR is hiring a Team Leader with a starting pay of 14.00 USD hourly. You will help manage the site operations, greet customers, enroll them in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and assist with daily facility tasks.

This is a fast-paced, team-driven role with growth opportunities into management. We offer competitive pay with weekly commissions, flexible scheduling, and both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
