Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Searcy, AR is seeking a Team Leader to help run the site operations and deliver friendly customer service. This role offers part-time and full-time schedules, with opportunities to advance into management and earn weekly commissions.

You will open/close the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep cars, guide customers onto the tunnel, and help maintain equipment and the site. A great place to grow with a fast-growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
