Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help manage the site’s facility and its operations. This fast, fun, team‑oriented environment lets you set the example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team.

You will learn how to run a car wash, develop leadership skills, and grow with one of the fastest growing industries in the country. The role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a path to management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
