Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to support facility operations and guest experience nationwide. The role offers competitive starting pay and growth within a fast-growing car wash brand.

You will welcome customers, help open/close the site, enroll members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide guests onto the tunnel, and assist with maintenance and landscaping as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
