Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Searcy, AR is seeking a Team Leader to help run the car wash facility and operations. You’ll lead by example, provide friendly service, open/close the site, and enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.

Expect to help prep vehicles, guide customers through the tunnel, and assist with maintenance as needed. We offer a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with professional development opportunities and a clear path to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to perform duties in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment and facility upkeep.
