Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader who will assist with the facility and operations, providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help open/close the site, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and ensure maintenance of equipment and the facility.

The role offers competitive pay, weekly commission opportunities, and flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options.

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
