Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations and guide a shift-based team to deliver outstanding guest service. This role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and a commitment to a warm, welcoming environment.

The Team Leader will monitor performance, address guest inquiries, ensure policy compliance and safety standards, and assist with inventory and training. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected as part of a dynamic cafe setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations during shifts.
