Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of customer service during shifts. The role requires physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods and the ability to manage inventory and administrative tasks.

Qualified candidates will have supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations during shifts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
