Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe in Plano, TX is seeking an energetic Team Leader to oversee daily shifts, coach team members, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise operations, handle customer inquiries, maintain safety standards, coordinate scheduling, and assist with inventory. Prior supervisory experience and a valid food handler certification are required; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.

• Complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support to existing team members.
• Collaborate with management to achieve company goals and improve operations.
• Assist in scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between team members and upper management to communicate concerns or suggestions.
