Job summary

La La Land Kind Cafe is looking for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our Austin location, guiding team members and ensuring exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. A food handler certification is preferred, and weekend shifts may be required.
